A LITTLE ABOUT ME, AND HOW I PHOTOGRAPH YOUR DAY

I’ve always been drawn to the kind of photos that make you feel something.

Not just the perfectly timed or beautifully lit ones, but the ones you come back to years later and instantly remember exactly how it all felt.

That’s what I care about.

Where it all started

I grew up on the south coast of England, always near the ocean, always noticing light. I taught myself photography as a teenager (mostly from YouTube and a lot of trial and error), and quickly became a bit obsessed, not just with how to take a good photo, but why some images stay with you and others don’t.

For me, it always came back to story.

How I see things

I didn’t start out with photography straight away. My background is actually in marketing and branding, which means I naturally see the bigger picture, how everything connects, how moments build, how a story unfolds.

Whether it’s a wedding, a new baby, or just a season of life you don’t want to forget, I’m always looking for the same thing, the feeling underneath it all.

The move abroad

I moved to Sydney in 2019 for a change of pace (and honestly, for the ocean and sunshine), and ended up building a life here.

There was a period where photography had to take a bit of a back seat, which gave me a completely different perspective. Working in marketing, hospitality and travel, I learnt a lot about people and what actually makes an experience feel special. And that’s stayed with me.

What it's like to work together

Now, I photograph weddings in a way that’s relaxed, observant, and really led by you.

I’ll guide you when you need it, but for the most part I’m there to notice things as they naturally unfold, the way you hold each other, the in-between moments, the little details you didn’t even realise were happening.

Nothing forced. Nothing overdone. Just honest, natural images that feel like your day.

IF THIS SOUNDS LIKE WHAT YOU'RE AFTER,
I'D LOVE TO HEAR MORE ABOUT YOUR PLANS.
